Kipchoge在完成2020倫敦馬之後訪問分享的想法，
今天早上我在田徑場跑課表的過程不斷想著這兩段話，
從2016年開始，我經歷了無數次defeat，
一直到現在，4年後，還是持續在接受每次defeat，
也一直在努力準備著不知什麼時候才會到來的勝利。
